You can see these on the Data Model so I'm a little confused as to what more you want.
I am happy to send the Data Model which is ERWin if you give me your email address.
Then you could look at it and make some changes if you download ERWin from this page - http://www.ca.com/us/trials/collateral.aspx?cid=72121.
Of course, it might not take my Data Model which I created with an earlier version of ERWin.

I originally created the Investment Banking Data Models in ERWin but mine is an old version.
When I tred to generate the SQL Scripts for the Database I wasn't able to.
Then when I tried to print the Physical Data Model my PC crashed with the dreaded 'Blue SCreen of Death'.
I will try to recreate the Data Model in another Data Modelling Tool but it's a lengthy manual task so I can't promise anything.

Unfortunately, when I come to check the Databases that are available off-the-shelf the ones you have asked for are not among them.
I will try to create them but it will take me quite a while because my free time is already committed to charity work.
